Mark VIII Direct Braze/Weld Tube Fittings are designed for pressures from vacuum to 6000 psi and for use wherever permanent, hermetically-sealed tube connections are desired.  The fittings complement CPV’s complete line of fully separable Mark VIII O-SEAL tube and hose fittings.

These brazed or welded fittings offer a significant cost savings over most other types of tube fittings and are ideal for use in systems where connections do not have to be broken and remade.

Mark VIII Direct Braze/Weld Fittings are offered in a variety of configurations including couplings, elbows, tees and come in OD tube sizes from 1/4” to 2”. Plus, CPV offers a full line of Mark VIII direct braze/weld reducing inserts that make it possible to accommodate any size change from 2” all the way down to 1/8” and any size combination in between.  All components are readily available in 316L stainless steel.  Mark VIII fittings can also be ordered in most other alloys.  Consult the factory for more information.
