The CPV FloMaster pneumatic valve actuator with proven positive shutoff technology gave industrial gas distributors & producers a more accurate way to precisely control their bottle filling and mixing operations.  These air operated valves use O-SEAL System leakproof valves and fittings.  For operators that use proprietary software programs to control bottle filling from a console, these valves enable mix and fill accuracies of up to +/- 1/10 of 1%.

CPV FloMaster Valves are ideally suited for both liquid and gas service up to 6000 psi (413 BAR) with temperatures ranging from –20°F (-30°C) to 225°F (110°C) depending on the soft goods selected.  Other advantages include low actuation pressure (under 100 psi/7 BAR), large port size for increased flow (high C­v factor) and proven soft seat design for years of bubble tight shut off operation.  FloMaster valves are available in pipe sizes from 1/8” to 1” and can be specified to ship in the normally open (NO) or normally closed (N°C) state, depending on the application requirement.
