G-Series Stainless Steel Valves are rated for service from vacuum to 6000 psi (413 BAR) - liquid or gas - and, depending on seal material selected, will operate dependably from –65°F (-54°C) to 400°F (204°C).  This highly functional series of valves was developed in response to the needs of customers in a wide variety of gas or liquid applications.  They combine CPV engineering and component design that has been proven over time in other CPV products.  The permanent soft seats (stem inserts) are completely contained to provide years of trouble-free bubble tight shutoffs. 

All G-Series Valves have the advantage of large flow areas and construction of wetted parts in 316 stainless steel.  Six common orifice sizes ranging from .218 inches to .813 inches are available.

• 100% factory tested before shipment

As noted above, G-Series Valves offer a wide range of end connections so they can easily be specified to match an existing O-SEAL System or a Mark VIII O-SEAL connection. Plus, any G-Series valve may also be purchased as an air actuated valve so your system can be setup for remote control or computerized operation from a console.
