Philadelphia, PA, (Sept. 25, 1998) – Stainless steel G-Series valves provide the kind of reliability, long service life and application versatility which have been CPV hallmarks for over 70 years. Now the company has produced a new 12 page color catalog which provides full details on every valve available in this cost-effective line: • 6 orifice sizes (from .218 to .813 inches) • 3 valve types (shutoff, needle & check) • 2 body types (inline or angle) • 12 different end connections • and 8 different seal materials to choose from. The catalog offers simple instructions for determining the right G-Series valve part number needed to exactly match user replacement needs. The formulas needed for determining a system's minimum Cv requirements are also included. G-Series valves are rated for up to 6000 psi (413 BAR) liquid or gas and function from -65°F to 400°F (depending on material selected). The permanent soft seats (stem inserts) will provide years of bubble tight shutoffs. For remote operation, air actuation is an available option for any shutoff or needle G-Series valve (normally open or normally closed). For more information or technical literature
