What an exciting year of change 2019 has been for Admiral Valve, LLC dba CPV Manufacturing! Under the leadership of Mr. David S. London, President and CEO; he and our management team developed an extensive plan to invest significant resources into our infrastructure and its employees during the past year. London committed to its board of directors and all team members late in 2017 when taking over the leadership of the company; we were going to turn Admiral Valve, LLC into a world-class manufacturing facility with state of the art equipment.

That vision started to become a reality in 2019. We decommissioned many old, failing machines and have added three new CNC machines – two 4 axis CNC MAZAK Lathes and a 4 axis Haas VF4 Vertical Mill. Additionally, we erected a new quality lab that houses our new Optical Comparator and a fully automated Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). These investments will continue into 2020 and beyond. In FY 2020, there will be the additions of another Mazak Lathe and an additional Haas VF 4 Vertical Mill. We have a major expansion planned for our Class 10,000 Oxygen Clean room whereby we will be certified for 1330 oxygen cleaning for the government.

In 2019, CPV Manufacturing celebrated our 105^th and most successful year in the company’s history! CPV valves and fittings are installed in critical high pressure applications where system integrity is the primary concern. Servicing customers in 52 countries, found in every corner of the globe, takes a dedicated team of individuals with product and applications knowledge, along with distribution partners, to assure that the right product is selected and properly applied.

As we move into the new decade, we continue to invest in our people who deliver world-class customer service and the tools that enable us to deliver best-in-class support to our distribution partners and end users. Our investments in manufacturing technology and capacity along with adding skilled, knowledgeable people, allow us to seek new opportunities where high pressure piping systems are required and protecting product, property, equipment, the environment and people is of primary concern.
